Jane McHugh is a Licenced Acupuncturist and Reflexologist, a Member of the Acupuncture Foundation Professional Association and also a Member of the National Register of Reflexologists Ireland.

Acupuncture and Reflexology are her principal therapies and Jane also includes additional Traditional Chinese Medicine modalities to her practice such as, Cosmetic Acupuncture also known as Facial Rejuvenation, Dietary advice, Cupping, Chinese Patent Herbal Formulas, Moxibustion and  Auricular Therapy. 

Jane regularly attends Seminars and Symposiums in Acupuncture and Reflexology to continue her Professional Development. She has completed further training with Giovanni Maciocia, the world renowned author of Traditional Chinese Medicine Text Books in many areas and also in the application of Patent Herbal Formulas, for common western conditions.

Having studied in The College of Integrative Acupuncture, Galway, Jane has also held the position of Course Coordinator and Registrar of The College since its inception in 1996.  She has gained extensive experience and knowledge of both the Ancient Five Element and more modern Eight Principle Systems, through working alongside Linda Heffernan, Course Director and Acupuncture Practitioner in their private practice.

Jane is also a qualified Reflexologist graduating from the Galway Institute of Health and Wellbeing and is a member of the NRRI and the AFPA
